We first worked together on a contest sponsored by Harvard Medical School and the Department of Health and Human Services. The objective: build an app that uses electronic medical records. Our solution, dxSocial, was reviewed by luminaries in the technology and healthcare fields and awarded honorable mention.
Next we developed a digital strategy for ABMSP to build its online membership. We implemented a responsively designed website and content management solution plus a mobile app that integrates with the Twitter API.
While Alec was busy with other work Mee's cartoon sketches of playful monkeys came to life on a Facebook page stuffed with entertaining characters and cute asides. Together we turned this into an interactive children's game for iPhone and iPad, now know as MonkeyOpoly.
Seizing the opportunity created by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, Alec migrated dxSocial into an easy-to-use mobile app. dxTopDoc, our unique solution for finding the best doctor for you, will soon be available for iOS and Android.

Alec has over 17 years of experience working for national-level professional associations and the federal government developing web and mobile solutions. He works closely with each client to craft their digital strategy and technical architecture and then employs open-source software and off-shore developers to achieve cost-effective results. Alec holds an A.B. from Harvard College, certificates in technology and management from Emory University, and is a certified scrum master. His work has been recognized in national competition, noted by federal agencies, and featured by Apple and Google.
Design + Social Media
Mee has five-plus years of experience as a professional designer in digital and print media. She breathes life into each project through meaningful color stories, balanced graphics, and effective use of typefaces and animations. She is also an avid user of Facebook, Twitter, and Line, among other social media. Mee holds a B.S. in environmental engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science.
